Les Miserables - A Quick Review

I'm not a fan of musicals, movies or live. It's not that I don't like them. I'm just afraid to be addicted to the catchy tunes and story, and have the OST playing non-stop for the next 3 months. Hence, like a great drug, I avoid them at all costs.

Of course, Les Miserables happened. And the drug was BACK.

Pacific Rim - FIRST TRAILER

After seeing so much news about this in Comic-Con 2011 and 2012, I missed out on the panel but got to see some cool hardware from the movie. After a media blackout since July, here's fie first trailer to del Toro's nod to Kaiju (Japanese giant monsters) and the mecha that fight them.

Countdown to 2012 - Filmography in Review

So it's been a few days since my PRK procedure. eyes are getting better, drove for the first time since last thurs. We'll see if vision improves after the contacts are removed. But as 2012 comes to a close, it's been a tradition for me to seek out the many "Year in Review" videos. From Google's Zeitgeist 2012 to the many "Movies in Review".

For now, here's Gen IP's version - he really blew me away with his 2010 version and the following years do not disappoint. Sadly, views are mainly driven on who puts theirs out first. With so much editing and blending, it's hard to keep track other than subscribe to the Youtube channel and mark your calenders yearly.

Search for them yourself, or stay tuned as I post more in the coming days toward 2013.

Video of PRK Procedure - YOU WILL SEE EYE(S)

After all the research, the years of waiting, it all came down to Friday, December 7th, 2012. Had to bail from the company's holiday luncheon/party, but I heard the raffle this year was much harder to win. Wang'sta and her bf Nick (i mean eric) was more than gracious enough to give me a ride to Sherman Oaks.
